1. Metal Perforated Plate 304 Distillation Packing 250Y.
The 250Y distillation packing is not always used in the towers. In this case, it is part of a special machine, which uses a big size of structured packing, 2500 mm length * 2500 mm width * 3000 mm height.

2. Metal Perforated Plate 304 Distillation Packing 250Y Manufacturing Instructions:

• The punching, rolling fine grain (or rolling grain equivalent to fine grain) and corrugation of raw stainless steel belt shall be made into corrugation belt of orifice plate.
• The corrugation plate shall be cut into pieces according to different chord length on the cross section of packing plate.
• The packing plate is composed of a number of corrugated plates arranged vertically and evenly.
• The corrugation angle of the two adjacent orifice plates is overlapped in the opposite direction.
• The purpose of block type is to facilitate the installation of packing. Each block size shall be able to enter the tower from the manhole for assembly.
• For the block packing, the packing block close to the tower wall shall be made into the form of anti wall flow ring at the end close to the tower wall.
• The whole disc of packing shall be tightly clamped with steel belt, and the end of the hoop shall be lapped and spot welded to prevent the packing from deformation.
• The packing block with the same size and specification in the drawing is called "standard block", and the packing block with other sizes is called "non-standard block".
• There are three methods to construct the packing block: nailing through, spot welding and combination of both.
• The packing blocks shall be arranged evenly, and the disc surface shall be flat without unevenness.

4. Metal Perforated Plate 304 Distillation Packing 250Y Inspection and acceptance:
The whole packing disc assembled by mould shall be checked in batches, and the packing of each specification can be divided into batches according to the following table. When the order quantity of a certain type of structured packing is less than the batch quantity specified in the table below, the whole order can be regarded as a batch.
The sampling quantity of each batch of structured packing shall be 10% of the total number of disks, but at least not less than 2 disks.

For the packing blocks used for large and medium-sized towers, the supplier shall inspect them one by one layer with the method of pre-installation, and the buyer shall send inspector to the supplier's site for acceptance.
The inspected packing shall meet all inspection items specified in the contract.
