NCR Paper Description:

Carbonless copy paper is mostly used in documents. Existing invoices, contracts, treaties and other formal documents with legal effect have all used carbonless copy paper. Traditional documents are just ordinary paper, so it is necessary to add a copy layer under the document. Carbonless copy paper, on the other hand, is bound with special paper.
In the case of three carbonless copy paper receipts, they can be divided into upper paper, middle paper, and lower paper. On the paper, also known as back-coated paper (code CB, that is, Coated Back), the back of the paper coated with force-sensitive pigment oil microcapsules; in the paper, also known as the front and back double-coated paper (code CFB, that is, Coated Front and Back), the front of the paper is coated with a color rendering agent, coated with the back of the microcapsules containing force-sensitive pigment oil; paper, also known as the face of the coated paper (code CF, that is, Coated Front), only coated with a color rendering agent on the paper surface ), the paper surface is only coated with color developer. Self-colored paper (code SC, i.e., Self-Contained) is coated with a microcapsule layer containing force-sensitive pigment oil on the back of the paper, and coated with color developer and microcapsules containing force-sensitive pigment oil on the front.
The upper and lower papers do not have a rewriting effect; only the middle paper has a rewriting effect. In the use of carbonless paper printed out of the documents, generally equipped with a small piece of cardboard separated from the joint list, so as not to write too hard and cause the pad underneath the other joint list was rewritten to.

NCR Paper Working Principle:

Carbonless paper operation is quite simple, the appearance of two (or more) overlapping paper, the middle of the two sides in contact with each other, the upper layer of paper contact surface coated with pigment-covered microcapsules, and the lower layer is coated with a color developer. Paper a force, the pressure forced the microcapsules broken release of pigment, and with the other side of the color developer to produce a color reaction, the capsule is tiny and small, the effect of rewriting is also precise and perfect.
