Strict quality control procedures are used in all manufacturing processes.

A dedicated quality assurance team is involved in every step from raw materials to finished product.

1.Describe procurement quality control activities to ensure ordered items conform to specified requirements.

After signed the contract, the planner will check the stock condition and confirm it if there is any product need to purchase or qty are not good enough and etc. And then, we will make the purchase plan, which approved by the GM. After passed, the purchaser will sign the contract with the supplier, which approved by GM. The purchase Dep will make payment for them and tracking it till the material into warehouse.

2.Indicate the QA/QC activities performed at each state of the manufacturing process

All the QA/QC activities were preformed as latest inspection and test plan on the manufacturing process,including Material/parameter,control method/equipment,acceptable inspection criteria,control frequency/sampling rate, QA checked record, reference documents,Manufacturers QA record,etc,.

3.All required information provided to production and QA/QC personnel for the purpose of controlling production process.

Bill of Materials-Fabrication drawings-Work instruction- Check lists- Quality control plan-Others (Specify)-National/International standard: IEC 60383-1, IEC61109-Samples provided of factory routine test.

4.Identify and trace products and inspection status at any stage of the manufacturing process

Each product should be tested before mass production to guarantee good quality.

5.Applied the control when a non-conforming item is found at:

• Receiving inspection --To be returned to supplier
• In-Process inspection---To be sorted out and rejected
• Final inspection---To be sorted out and rejected

6.Describe actions taken for:

• Preventing recurrence of non-conforming products(s)
• Eliminating potential causes of non-conforming product(s)
• Ensuring that corrective actions are implemented and are effective.
• Documenting necessary changes in procedures resulting from corrective action.
