ADSS Fiber Optic Cable G652D 48B1.3 11KN Span 400M 13.4mm 48 Core PE HDPE
ADSS-48B1.3-PE-11KN in this ADSS cable, 12 250um optical fibers are positioned into a loose tube which is filled with water compelling jelly. And 4 such tubes along with 1 filler are stranded around the central strength member made of FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) into a compact and circular cable core. Water blocking yarn is also applied in the stranding process. The core will then be wrapped with water blocking tape which along with water blocking yarn protects the cable from water ingress. An inner PE sheath is extruded outside the water blocking tape, and two ripcords are placed under the inner sheath (optional). Then after a layer of aramid yarn is applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with PE sheath.
ADSS cable is up to 144 optical fibres in jelly-filled loose tubes, laid up around a central non-metallic strength member. The cable is water blocked, aramid yarn reinforced and polyethylene sheathed. Surface printing for the cable includes sequential length marking at one-metre intervals. Mainly installed at existing 220kV or lower voltage power lines . Two Jacket and stranded loose tube design.

10.1 Packing
10.1.1 Each single length of cable shall be wound on an Iron stand-wooden composite drum.
10.1.2 Covered by plastic buffer sheet.
10.1.3 Sealed by strong wooden battens.
10.1.4 Drum length
10.1.4.1 Standard drum length is 4000m;
10.1.4.2 Total quantity is at least the ordered quantity.
10.1.4.3 Or it can be delivered according to customers’ requirements, but not longer than 5000m.
