Compared with leak detection by bubbles, pressure decay and halide leak detect, Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detect method has different principle, and has more sensitive response and soon pace and wide applicability, especially choose innocuity, no destructivity, gently mass of inactive helium gas as survey gas, therefore become better of more leak test method.
