TCDP-II series controller of molecular pump has a top performance on multi-function and low noise. It can be applied to various molecular pumps. This user manual provides with precautions regarding installation, commissioning, operation, trouble diagnosis and daily maintenance. Please read it carefully before any installation and usage is commenced to ensure a proper operation. This manual shall be available together with the controller, and should be well kept for future reference and convenience of maintenance.
