TCP-100 molecular pump control power supply modules realize communication with the TD series molecular pump driver module via D15 external control communication interface cable;

TCP-100 molecular pump control power supply modules provide 24VDC power supply for TD series molecular pump driver module;

The power cable and connecting cable of TCP-100molecular pump control power supply modules and the TD series molecular pump driver module are offered by the supplier.

voltage, error type and function code, operation code and TMP model,
2 separate LED lights indicate the states of Electrification and Error.

current output limit, overcurrent and overheat protection,
