It’s a new generation of intelligent multifilament strength tester used to measure the breaking strength and elongation of raw silk in lay and barrel

Features

The imported high-precision and high-speed force measurement system is adopted, and the test data is accurate.

With full computer control, it can input environmental temperature, humidity, sample specification, operator number, date, time, etc., display the tensile curve in real time, and save historical experimental data.

The holder adopts a large-caliber cylinder made in Korea, which holds the sample under constant pressure. The holder clip is cast with special composite materials through the mold, which can effectively prevent the sample from being pinched and slipping. All pneumatic components are Korean products.

It is composed of Panasonic servo motor, precision ball screw and linear guide rail, which is stable and low in noise.
