High Temperature Oil Well Borehole Camera
Usage
1) Put down the well flushing string, clean the well throughly, if still have oil inside, then should use the cleaner 100 to clean the shaft until the water quality at input and output mouth are the same.
2) Connect the video pup joint in advance, open the swith for the internal storage unit.
3) Install the video pup joint inside the drift diameter gauge as shown on the right side picture.
4) Connect the drift diameter gauge, sliding bushing and scraper together according to the requirement.
5) Connect the video system to the oil tube, its matched parts are : 2-7/8 joint, 2 oil tube joint.
6) Measure total length: put inside the shaft according to the demanding speed.
7) Adjust the well flushing string depth according to the different video layer needs, lifting the flushing string to the ground after pigging finish.
8) Connect the video pup joint software system to play and replay the video.
