Pile Testing Equipment' s Application & Advantage:

Instrument can be used for testing the bearing capacity and pile integrity of the driven pile and Cast-in-place pile, and also steel pile. Pile Testing Equipment can also be used for piling monitoring, Pile Testing Equipment use imported accelerometer, so the performance is very stable, with its simple operation and powerful software.

Pile Testing Equipment' s Sampling Setting:

The sampling frequency is 10kHz, 20kHz and 40kHz, adjustable.

The sampling length is 1024, 2048, 4096, selectable.

Max sampling time is up to 400ms.

Pile Testing Equipment' s Standard: ASTM D4945 Standard Test Method for High-Strain Dynamic Testing of Deep Foundations

Data Format

The original data is .S01, can save as .S06 by PDAR software, and save as .S16 by RCAPWAP software.

It can also save as .X01 compatible with American PDA.
Data Management

The data can be continuously and automatically saved.

It can export by U disk through USB.

It can save up to 10k measured curve.
Sensor features

The sensor has self-checking function, it can judge whether the system is on normal status automatically.

It can auto check the static strain deviation of strain gauge, then do auto calibration before testing
Analysis software

PDAR analysis software is for opening the original data .S01, and do adjusting as CASE method.

RCAPWAP analysis software is for opening the .S06 data, and do matching as Matching method.
