Description

This testing machine is customized according to the "General Safety Requirements for Communication Cord and Power Cord" and is written by advanced touch screen. PLC control technology, combined with DC DC servo motor as the dynamic source, can accurately control the speed, frequency and angle. It is most suitable for mobile phone data line, relevant manufacturers and quality inspection departments to conduct bending tests on power line, DC line, cable and cable.

1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?

Every machine from our factory has a 1 year warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 1 year for the FREE maintenance for our customers. If your machine doesn’t work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

2. What’s the delivery term?

Normally, the delivery time is 10-25 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.

4. How to install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions, most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use. And if possible, we can also install your machine at your location.
