Purpose:
The purpose of vibration and wear resistance test is to put the product in a special vibration and wear machine, using special wear particles to simulate the sample in the normal use of wear and tear. This test only applies to the entire work piece (such as a cell phone with a battery). In the product development phase, the product can be carried out on the plastic model of wear testing, to evaluate the product.

Two. Test procedure
The test machine tank needs to be filled with wear particles, particles to be mixed to 3 copies of RKF 10K (yellow cone) and 1 RKK 15P (green Pyramid), a total of about 15 liters. Notice that the new wear particles are required to run at least 2 liters of water in the machine before using it for more than 6 hours, and each half an hour during the operation to add 0.5 liters of water.

Wear particles can only use up to 50 hours, then it should be replaced.
Wear particles must be wet in the test before and throughout the test. Therefore, 1 litres of water should be added to the tank before each run of the device is tested. In addition to the 1 liters of water at the same time, to add 50 ml of R o sler cleaning agent FC 120. After the slot is wetted (perhaps after the cleaning agent is dissolved), then the product sample is put in. In the process of wear testing, each half an hour after the need to add another 0.5 liters of water, 20 ml of detergent.

4. How to install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions, most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use. And if possible, we can also install your machine at your location.
