Applicable standard and scope of application

SH0175 distillate fuel oil oxidation stability instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements stipulated in the People's Republic of China industry standard SH/T 0175 "distillate fuel oil oxidation stability determination method (acceleration method)".

It is suitable for the determination of intrinsic stability of intermediate distillate fuel oil by accelerated oxidation method according to the method specified in SH/T 0175 standard.

This instrument is the oil production, production, use units, the relevant universities, scientific research departments and other test distillate fuel oil oxidation stability performance of a preferred automatic instrument.

Main performance

The instrument is equipped with a temperature control table, used to control the temperature of the water bath at 95℃±0.2℃.

Users can also adjust the temperature control meter according to actual needs.

There are 4 test baths on the working table of the instrument, so 4 samples can be tested at the same time.

The instrument is equipped with four flowmeters, indicating the gas flow rate through the four oxidation tubes.

The gas source of the instrument is oxygen with purity of no less than 99.5%. The oxygen from the oxygen cylinder can be used directly.

If it comes from the factory oxygen main, it should be equipped with a filter and a pressure regulating valve before connecting to the instrument.

The oxygen input is on the side of the instrument.

The instrument is equipped with a timer to record the time of the test. When the time is up, there is an alarm.

The instrument is equipped with a darkbox for dark storage before the oxidation tube is placed in the heating bath and dark cooling after the oxidation tube is taken out.
