Intended Use

To be used for blood cell counting, sizing, and WBC differentiation, hemoglobin determination on Coulter Act 5Diff series hematology analyzers. This product is for In Vitro Diagnostic Use only.

APPLICABLE INSTUMENT

For use with Beckman coulter AcT 5diff, AcT 5diff AL, AcT 5diff OV hematology analyzers.

Storage

Store the product at 5-35℃ in a dust free place with good ventilation. Temperature outside the range may damage the product.

The open vial life of the product is 30/60 days. Unused reagents should be discarded after 30/60 days. Do not mix residual with a new carton.

  • Re-calibration is recommended when changing the origin of the reagents.
  • It is not recommended using different brands of solutions together on one unit of analyzer.

PROCEDURES

  • Remove all the reagent aspiration tubes from the currently used reagent boxes
  • Wipe the tube’s surface with a lent free tissue, and then rinse with distilled water.
  • Put all the tubes into the boxes and/or bottles of Labnovation reagents.
  • Run at least 50 backgrounds. Check for the acceptable values. At first high background counts can be seen, that should lower to normal after a few runs.
  • Run all three levels of a dedicated commercial control. Check for the acceptable values.
  • Recalibrate the unit if necessary.
