Filter efficiency tester of respirator particles

1, Main features
1. Automatic calculation of filtration efficiency test and air flow resistance.
2. Two high-precision on-line counters are used for efficiency test to detect the aerosol concentration upstream and downstream of the sample, so as to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the upstream and downstream of the sample.
3. The fogging system of HCT group technology in South Korea has fine atomization without water, stable concentration, and stainless steel material is corrosion-resistant and durable.
4. 10 inch color touch screen control, simple and intuitive operation, support remote maintenance test result system automatic calculation display, print output, etc.
5. Inlet air extraction fan, automatic flow regulation.
2, Main components
1. Aerosol generator
For the generation of NaCl or dehs standard particles, the main particle size range ≥ 0.3um, accounting for more than 70% of the total, can produce aerosol continuously and stably. Provide test particles upstream of the filter material.
2. Particle counter
It is used to monitor the upstream and downstream particle concentration of the tested filter material and get the efficiency of the tested filter material.
3. Differential pressure sensor
It is used to test the pressure difference (or resistance) of the tested filter material under a certain test flow.
4. Aluminum alloy clamp
It is used for pressing and sealing the tested filter material.
5. Inlet fan
It is used to provide test flow of filter material and automatic control of flow.
6. Electrostatic neutralization device
The charge in the NaCl particles is removed to make the particle count measurement more accurate.
