Gx9626-e medical syringe (needle) rigidity tester is designed and manufactured by the relevant provisions of GB 18457-2015, (eqviso9626-1991) "manufacturing stainless steel needle tubes for medical devices". It is specially used to test the rigidity of medical injection needle (tube).

Gx9626-e medical syringe (needle) rigidity tester is composed of intelligent controller, force measuring mechanism, ranging mechanism and printer. The intelligent controller is composed of CPU, motherboard, LCD, keyboard, power supply and so on. The screen is displayed in all Chinese windows, and the keyboard controls the cursor for options, operation and setting. It can be operated according to the prompts without training.
This model has been upgraded to gx9626-d colorful PLC touch operation, more rapid and accurate data acquisition
It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) color LCD touch screen, PLC control and Chinese menu display. Nominal specification, pipe wall, span, set load, maximum deflection, print setting, test, up, down, time, calibration. The test data is controlled by the LCD on the onboard menu. The equipment fully conforms to the standard of GB 18457-2015.
