Cl15811-e medical injection needle puncture force tester is composed of intelligent controller, force measuring mechanism, ranging mechanism, printer and other parts. The intelligent controller is composed of CPU, motherboard, LCD, keyboard, power supply and so on. The screen is displayed in all Chinese windows, and the keyboard controls the cursor for options, operation and setting. It can be operated according to the prompts without training.

It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) single color LCD touch screen and Chinese menu display. Nominal size, pipe wall, test times, pressure, up, down, time, calibration. The test data is controlled by the LCD on the onboard menu. The data of puncture force and peak force can be displayed in real time, and the maximum puncture force and f five peak forces can be displayed.
