Overview
During chemical experiments, certain materials are highly sensitive to water and oxygen, which can make research challenging to complete. While vacuum vessels can achieve the required anaerobic conditions and vacuum levels, they often lack operational convenience. The vacuum glove box offers a solution to both the environmental and operational challenges, enabling researchers to work with these sensitive materials in a controlled atmosphere.
The stainless steel vacuum glove box is a laboratory apparatus that allows for the introduction of high-purity inert gas into its chamber, effectively circulating to eliminate active substances. It is alternatively known as a glove box, operation box, inert gas protection box, or dry box.
Working Principle
The stainless steel vacuum glove box is fundamentally comprised of a main chamber, a transition area, and a base. It can be tailored and designed to accommodate the specific needs of each user. The setup includes two or three glove ports, enabling users to have a clear view of the main chamber's interior from the front. A vacuum ball valve is incorporated into the main chamber's body for use as required. For instances where water or ventilation is necessary, the ball valve can be linked to a water tap. Furthermore, for enhanced visibility, a light bulb can be installed. Serving as a link between the main chamber and the external environment, the transition area consists of two sealed doors, two vacuum ball valves, and an enclosed space. These doors efficiently separate the main chamber from the outdoors, making it convenient to introduce and remove materials for laboratory purposes.

2. The front panel of the operating box is crafted from tempered glass, providing a wide-angle view without any blind spots.
3. The interior lighting and the porous socket can be locally heated by the electric stove.
4. The gloves are made of thick latex gloves,well-sealed and durable.
5. The sealing device has the advantages of novel design, reliable sealing and convenient opening;
6. Inside and outside of the box are equipped with water faucet for input of water and gas;
7. The two doors of the transition chamber solve the problems of repeated vacuum extraction for the main box.
