Brief Introduction
The Purification System Glove Box represents a crucial laboratory apparatus. It operates by filling the interior of the box with a high-purity inert gas, while simultaneously and continuously filtering out active substances from the box. This device is alternatively known as the “vacuum glove box with water and oxygen removal” or the “inert gas purification glove box”. Its principal functions encompass the removal of water content, oxygen content, and other organic gases. Owing to these capabilities, it is extensively employed to create a high-purity environment that is devoid of water, oxygen, and dust, thereby meeting the stringent requirements of a wide range of scientific and industrial applications. Whether it’s in cutting-edge materials research, sensitive chemical synthesis, or precision electronics manufacturing, this glove box provides the necessary controlled conditions to ensure reliable results and product quality.
Working principle
The box and purification system are joined together to form a securely sealed working space. By continuously filling the box with inert gas or nitrogen, the active substances inside are continuously removed in a cyclic process, guaranteeing that the box interior consistently maintains a high degree of cleanliness and a high-purity inert gas environment (with a water content not exceeding 1 ppm and an oxygen content not exceeding 1 ppm).
Structure Principle
The Purification System Glove Box comprises two key elements: the main box body and a transition chamber, both of which can be customized to suit our clients' specific requirements.
The main box body boasts two or more glove operation interfaces positioned either at the front or back, facilitating concurrent operation by one or multiple individuals and thereby enhancing the efficiency of the glove box. Moreover, observation windows located on the front or back offer a clear sight line into the operations occurring within. Air suction and charging nozzles are integrated into the valves of the transition chamber, enabling the adjustment of air as required. Additionally, the main box body is furnished with a valve and nozzle system designed to maintain a stable air pressure inside the box whenever necessary.
The transition chamber functions as an intermediary space between the main box body and the external environment. It is comprised of two sealing doors, two valves, and a chamber body. Both sealing doors effectively seal off the interior of the main box body from the outside, enabling the seamless transfer of items in and out of the box without the necessity for repetitive evacuations and inflations, as the box body remains airtight.

Notes:
Cabinet water and oxygen content under the standard condition:
Water content ≤1ppm, oxygen content≤1 ppm (Note: Standard condition is that an atmospheric pressure, constant temperature of 20 degree).
Leakage Rate: ≤0.05Vol%/ h (subject to change value of oxygen content in box)
Used Gas:
a) Working Gas: N2,Ar,He and etc.
b) Controlling Gas: Compressed air or Inert Gas.
C) Restoring Gas: Mixed gas of working gas and hydrogen.
When only a water removal system or an oxygen removal system is present, the composition of the restoring gas will mirror that of the working gas.
Remarks: Each single-sided box, furnished with four gloves, is combined to create a comprehensive glove box system. The quantity of these assembled boxes can be adjusted according to the customer's individual needs. Likewise, the number of purification columns is customized to align with the customer's specific demands.
