Working Principle
During the operation of the mill, the grinding media and the materials contained within the tank are set into rotational motion and lifted to a certain height. Subsequently, due to the force of gravity, they descend along the tube wall. In this process, the materials undergo crushing as a result of the impact generated by the falling grinding media, as well as the friction and shearing forces caused by the rolling and sliding movements of the grinding media.
