Main uses and features:
Vibration mill is a ball milling chamber fixed with the lower vibration mechanism. The vibration motor drives two adjustable eccentric blocks to rotate to make the cylinder vibrate, forcing the grinding medium and the material in the cylinder to vibrate at high frequency, so that the material is affected by the grinding medium. Strong impact, friction and shearing action crush the material. The fine particles re-enter the ball milling chamber through the peristaltic pump through the screen bar at the lower part of the grinding chamber, and the coarse particles remain in the grinding chamber to continue ball milling. The machine is very mature in both structure and process configuration; it is widely used in electronics, ceramics, chemical industry, powder metal, tungsten, calcium carbide, rubber compounds, magnetic materials and high-frequency ceramic materials and pharmaceuticals in the radio industry. Special Options: Cylinder Lining: Optional stainless steel, ceramic (alumina), zirconia, ceramic tile, nylon, teflon, food grade rubber or polyurethane liners.

A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.

Q2: What's your MOQ?

A: we have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom handing cost purpose.

Q3: what is your payment terms?

A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.

Q4: What's the lead time for small order and mass production?

A: 1-3 working days for small order, and 3-10 working days for mass production of material, and the final lead time will be subject to each individual invoice.
