Product Description

Introduction

This Dropping point test set is suitable to determine dropping point of lubricating grease.
Test method:fill grease into cup,record the temperature at which the grease reach to a liquid state under the conditions of test.

Characteristic

1.Glass tank is easy to observe.
2.Integrated structure is easy to operate.
3.Grease cup is made of chrome plated brass,inner diameter is Φ9.92mm,hole is Φ28mm,height is 12mm.It meets requirements of ASTM.
4.Two sample can be tested simultaneously by this dropping point apparatus.
5.Heating power can be adjusted at random.
6.There is stirrer above electric heating bath.
7.Heater is stainless steel.
8.The pressure gauge display heating status.
9.The case made by cold rolled steel,surface is treated by electrostatic spraying,rust resistant and easy to clean.
10.Safety device can prevent over-heat and low liquid level.
11.Contact control box is very convenient.
12.The dropping point test set has safety facilities preventing overheating and low water levels.
