Introduction

This Yield Stress and Apparent Viscosity Test Apparatus is suitable to measure borderline pumping temperature,yield stress at low temperature and apparent viscosity of engine oils.The temperature controlling range is -5℃～-40℃.

All test procedures are automatically controlled by computer.

Characteristics

1.Temperature controlling range of low temperature yeild stress tester:-5℃～-40℃±0.1℃.

2.Multipoint temperature correction,high temperature measuring accuracy.

3.Semi conductor refrigeration,fast and precise.

4.Computer monitors temperature,cycle and rotor motion.

5.This apparent viscosity test appratus has function of delay start,which is convenient for user to control test process flexibly.

6.Upgraded pulley assembly improves its stability and sensibility,tested by photoelectric sensor.

7.5 rotors can test simultaneously.

8.Rotor has thermal transparent perspex cover

9.Micro computer controller,Window operation system,English interface

10.Program automatically conducts nonlinear curve temperature control,and measure yield stress and apparent viscosity.

11.Temperature control curve can be made as per user’s requirement.

12.This yield stress test instrument can calibrate and store viscometer constant.

13.Test result can be saved and printed.

14.This apparent viscosity test apparatus can calculate and print out borderline pumping temperature of “gas resistant type” and “flow restricted type”.

15.This engine oil yield stress test equipment is equipped with special low temperature constant equipment.

16.This engine oil apparent viscosity tester is equipped with new designed defrosting system.
