Description

Introduction:
This Rusting Prevention Testeris mainly used to test the rust preventing characteristics of mineral oil with inhibitor, especially the gas turbine oil when mixed with water.
The Rusting Prevention Tester is also suitable for detecting other oil products, such as hydraulic oil, circulating oil and liquid with specific gravity of water.
The operating principle is: mix a certain amount of sample with distilled water or synthetic seawater, immerse all cylindrical sample steel rods in it, and stir at a certain temperature. After the test period (usually 2 weeks), observe the corrosion trace and degree of the steel bar of the sample.



Main features :

1. The Rusting Prevention Testerhas a separate mute mixer, one or more tests can be selected at will;
2. Each mixer controls the speed and test time separately, and stops automatically after the test;
3. Sputter type multi channel liquid circulator can ensure the temperature uniformity of each point;
4. The Rusting Prevention Testerhas sliding automatic positioning device, mixing blades do not need to be adjusted;
5. Safety protection device to prevent low liquid level;
6. The Rusting Prevention Tester has 4 working positions, 6 units is also expandable.
