Introductions

Falling darts impact tester apply to plastic film or chip which thickness less than 1mm impact by fall darts in a given great freedom to fall, test the impact quality and energy were when 50% plastic film or chip was damaged.

Working Principle

When trial is beginning,firstly choice test methods, estimates that an initial quality and Δ m value, and than testing, if the first sample damaged, with Jordan farmar Δ m reduce falling body quality; If the first don't break, should be in Jordan farmar Δ m increase fall body quality, based on to test. In a word, use farmar to reduce or increase the quality of fall, depends on the a sample for damage or breakage. After test 20 samples, to calculate the damage total N, if N = 10, the experiment is complete; If N<10, supplement the sample, continue to test until N=10; If N>10, supplement the sample, continue to test until no damage is equal to the total number is 10, finally automatic calculation the shock results by the system.
