The electronic Rubber aging Ozone Resistance Test Chamber is applicable for rubber or elastomer's resistance to ozone degradation. The elastomer samples are placed in a dynamic specimen holder in chamber that exposes them to ozone at concentration and duration specified by a testing specification or standard.
The ozone gas produced by the equipment from the silent high-efficiency ozone generator and a certain amount of treated air are mixed in the exchanger and then sent into the test chamber. The ultraviolet detector will feed back the ozone concentration continuously detected online to the ozone generator control system, so that the control system can effectively control the occurrence of ozone according to the set value, so that the test chamber can maintain the appropriate ozone concentration and meet all test conditions when the heating and humidification system works

The length of the sample is basically parallel to the direction of the air flow when the sample is in contact with the ozonated air when the two ends of the sample are fixed on the rotating aluminum fixture under the specified elongation. Before the adjustable travel range of the sample is 0-40 mm, the sample rotates at a speed of (20~25) mm/s, so that each sample moves continuously along the same path in a plane perpendicular to the air flow. The time for the same sample to rotate for one cycle is (8~12) min, and the scanning area of the sample is about 40% of the effective area of the test chamber.
