EN13823 SBI Single Burning Item Flammability Testing Equipment
Product Introduction
The single Burning test is a new method standard published and implemented by the European Union to evaluate the burning characteristics of materials. The standard uses the same principle as the corner fire test and the cone calorimeter. The test scale is between the two. The SBI test passes the measurement test. During the change of oxygen concentration, as well as the flue gas flow rate in the pipeline, CO2 concentration and other indicators, the heat release rate at a certain moment is calculated through calculation, and then the maximum value of the heat release rate and the time quotient during the test is measured, that is, the heat release rate FIGRA index, which is used to classify the flame retardant properties of building materials.
This test equipment includes combustion laboratory, control room, 2 small carts, exhaust pipe, fixed frame, flue gas collection system, integrated measurement system device, data collection and analysis device, gas supply control device.
Features
The complete set of equipment includes test equipment, smoke exhaust system, comprehensive measuring device, etc. that comply with EN 13823.
The unit combustion test equipment includes a test trolley, including one main burner and one auxiliary burner, which can be easily docked with the test equipment; fixed frame, gas hood, collector, J-type smoke exhaust duct Wait;
A small cart, on which two mutually perpendicular sample test pieces can be mounted, and a sand box burner at the bottom of the vertical corner. The position of the trolley should be such that the back of the trolley just closes the opening on the wall of the combustion chamber; in order to make the air flow evenly distributed along the floor of the combustion chamber, a perforated plate (its opening is provided at the air inlet under the bottom of the trolley) The area accounts for 40% to 60% of the total area; the diameter of the hole is 8 mm to 12 mm).
The collector is located on the top of the gas hood, with a throttle plate and a horizontal outlet connected to the exhaust pipe.
SUS304 stainless steel J-type smoke exhaust pipe, heat-insulating round pipe with an inner diameter of (315±5) mm, insulated with 50mm thick high-temperature mineral wool, and equipped with the following components (along the direction of airflow):
The connector connected to the collector;
The pipe with a length of 500mm has three built-in thermocouples, and the installation position of the thermocouples is at least 400mm away from the collector;
Pipes with a length of 1000mm;
Two 90° elbows (the radius of curvature of the shaft is 400mm);
