Plug Torque Test Device
1. Purpose
Whether the mechanical stress of the plug-in device with plug-in pin on the socket during normal use is within the specified range.
2. Compliance
his device meets the requirements of IEC60598-1, Chapter 4.14.6, Figure 11 of GB8898-2011, Figure 11 of IEC60065, IEC60335, IEC60884 and other standards. It is suitable for testing the torque exerted on the output socket by the device which is to be inserted into the fixed output socket and is equipped with a bolt after it is inserted into the output socket. The balance arm of the equipment moves around the horizontal axis which is 8mm behind the plug-in surface of the output socket and passes through the center line of the outlet socket. This device has good sensitivity, beautiful appearance and convenient adjustment.
3. Configuration

2, equipped with a universal socket clamp (suitable for GB, BS and other plugs)
3. Equipped with one UL socket clamp (125V15A2-pole 3-wire);
4. Equipped with one European socket clamp with three round holes.
Material: SUS304 stainless steel;
Torque range: 0~0.25N·m.
What is the purpose of a torque test?
Torque testing is a way of determining how an object will react when it is being turned - during normal operation or being twisted until it deliberately fails or breaks. This rotational force can be 'dynamic' often delivered at ultra-high speed or 'static' at a much lower speed.
