Salt Spray Test Chamber/Salt Mist Chamber/Corrosion Test Chamber-Environmental Test Chamber

Salt spray test chamber is a test chamber that assess the ability of material and its protective layer to withstand salt spray corrosion,is relatively quick, well standardized, and reasonably repeatable.Salt spray chambers meet the international standards,such as ASTM B 117, salt spray test chamber can do following test:Neutral salt spray test (NSS test),Acetate spray test (ASS test),Salt SprayTest(SStest).

Salt spray tester adapted to the surface treatment of various materials, including paint, electroplating, organic and inorganic coating, anode processing, anti-rust oil and so on, after these anti-corrosive treatment to test the corrosion resistance of their products.

Material:

1) Laboratory using PVC sheet, thickness 5 mm, the temperature reaches 80 degree Celsius;

2) Laboratory closure with high impact acrylic sheet, 6 mm thick;

3) Supplementary bottles of reagents attached to the water level perspective with hidden windows, clean easy, not easy to break;

4) Saturated air barrel using SUS #304 stainless steel barrel high pressure barrel insulation is best;

5) Laboratory basketball adopt flat indexing frame, adjustable angle, surrounded by mist side down exactly the same place the large number of test pieces
