Durability machine tester for cabinet door base on BS EN standard and BIFMA

Usage:All kinds of furniture cupboard door durability test.

Principle:link the furniture contains hinge with this tester,simulate in process of

repeating open and close the sliding door in daily use.Repeat it after a certain numbers,evaluate the hinge whether exists damage or other effect of using.

It Can be used in installed products to test, connect various sliding door and side direction firmly,no producing any acting force to effect the testing.

Check the moving part,and adjust the speed between 0.25m/s~2m/s according to requirement.

Test device pull length and angle can be adjusted according to actual testing requirement. adjustable range 100mm～500mm,angle 0～90℃.
Opening and closing power can be displayed by auxiliary instrument measurement.Time stop can be adjusted when the drawer starts or stops. Can set the testing numbers.

The machine is elegant and beautiful,no moving parts reveals,easy to operate.
