and multiple seat chair based on BS EN1728:2012

· This machine was designed for apply vertical load for 2 point on seat chair as alternate,
orientation cylinder also can lined for application of 90˚ load onto seat backup

Positioning of cylinder
- Both cylinders can be adjusted at X-axis (horizontal) and Y-axis (vertical). For X-axis, adjustment shall be done manually
- Both cylinders orientation can be adjusted at angle 0 to 90˚ degree in Z-axis direction
Loading pad
- Rigid circular object 200mm in diameter the face of which has convex spherical curvature of 300 mm radius with 12 mm edge radius
- Material: Any hard materials such as timber, nylon, or plywood

- Machine base *Steel frame shall be securely welded, anti-rust, undercoated
Machine mode of operation
- Programmable logic control (PLC) shall be used for controlling the whole of the operation
of test machine. It shall be programmed in fulfill the below requirements(note: touch screen type
not preferred)
- Manual mode
The machine operates on a single cylinder by pressing load on/off button
- Automatic Mode
* Mode 1 – cylinder 1 only
* Mode 2 – cylinder 3 only
* Mode 3 – cylinder 1 and 2 alternate
* Mode 4 – cylinder 3 and 4 alternate
* Mode 5 – cylinder 1, 2, 3, 4 alternate
* Mode 6 – cylinder 1, 2, 3 alternate
