Production time and Packaging: |
1. Sampling time: around 5 days. |
2. Production time: depends on order quantity, 10days for 500pcs after sample confirmed. |
3. Packaging: one opp bag for each product ( hardware accessories to be packed ) and stuff paper to keep it' s shape, put it into non-woven bag and then polybag. 15pcs per export carton separate by hard cardboard. |

How can I get a sample?
For quality & material checking, stock samples without customized printing are free to go but postage is not.
Would you mind to cover it? Freight collect is also for us operating if you have any carrier account.
How is my order shipped? Will my bags arrive on time?
By sea, by air or by express carriers (UPS, FedEx, TNT, ) transit time depends on freight rates.
In the unlikely event that your shipment is delayed, we will work diligently on your behalf to resolve it. However, we cannot be held responsible for UPS/Fed Ex shipping delays. If insurance, delivery/signature confirmation or guaranteed transit time is required, please notify us before an order is placed.
Can I see a proof of my artwork?
We always provides email proofs for approval prior to printing your order. The only exception to that is when timing does not allow for proofing. If that is the case on your order, we will notify you.
Do you provide rush service?
Several of bags are available for rush orders.
Do you offer reusable bag bulk purchases and volume discounts?
For bulk purchases greater than 1,000 pieces, please request a quote for any product you are interested in.
What is your turnaround time?
Production begins on receipt of your proof approval.
Production times vary based on the bag you choose, availability of inventory, the printing process you choose. Production times vary from as little as 1-3 days to up to 3 months.

What is your policy on over or under quantity ordered?
While we make every attempt to ship exact quantities on all of our orders, custom orders are subject to ship and bill +/- 5%.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% prepaid, 70% balance before delivery.
Photos of goods will be provided before you pay balance.

We offer a variety of bag materials at various prices. Don't have time to browse? Tell us about your project and we can recommend bags to best suit your needs. Not all of our bags are listed on our website so don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like more options.
Once you've decided on a specific bag, we will provide you with a quote based on quantity, and a sample print with your artwork delivery in your hand for approval.
From there, we have a 3-step approval process to ensure that your bags meet your expectations:
1. You will receive a free random sample for your approval (when time permits).
2. After reviewing your artwork, we will provide you with an Order Confirmation that details your order, finalizes pricing, and provides an estimated delivery date.
3. An email proof will be sent for your approval, free of charge. Proof approvals may be waived for rush orders. Preproduction proofs (bags printed with your logo) are available – inquire about pricing for preproduction proofs.
After sample is approved & order is placed, please arrange 30% deposit prepaid, and send us a bank copy. Bulk production start immediately when payment hit in our bank account. Please note that bank transfer processing adds 3-5 business days to order timeline. Bank commissions will be added to the amount.
