Q1.How about MOQ?

Mixed order and sample order are acceptable. If stocked items, MOQ is 3. If out of stock,the MOQ of is 100 Pieces. Because of the different materials and workmanship for different style bags, the MOQ will be changed. Please contact us for details.

Q2.What's the Payment method?

We support various payment way(T/T,Western union,Paypal, Moneygram,Secure payment-Escrow,etc) T/T, 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. We Suggest you transfer the full price at one time. Because there is bank process handle fee, it would be a lot of money if you make twice transfer.

Q4.Can we print our own brand or logo on your products ?

Yes, Of course.Will be our pleasure to be one your good OEM manufacturer in China to meet your OEM requirements.our products can choose various color and material, Customize as you like. In addition, we can replace the raw material or zipper according to your requirements.

Yes. Please tell us your requirements, we can do it for you.

Q6.Is it possible to get a free sample?

(1)For stock samples, you need to bear the shipping fee. If we have a further cooperation in the future, the sample fee will be returned.

(2)For customized samples, the specific cost fee will be confirmed according to the workmanship of the sample. If we have a further cooperation in the future, the sample fee will be returned.

Q7.How long can we receive your quotation?

If your information is very detailed, quotation will be offered within 6 hours. In order to receive our quotation as soon as possible, please give us following information:

1).Usage; 2)Style;3)Material; 4)Workmanship; 5)Size; 6) Logo:7.Quantity; If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying.

Q8.About Sample If stocked items, samples can be shipped out in priority. If out of stock, the sample will be produced according to customers' design and requirements. Sample charge will be refunded if the mass order reaches our MOQ

Q9.How do you guarantee the product quality?

Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with customers. During the production and packing, there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the products in good quality and correct details.
