Product application

Vacuum freeze drying technology, also known as sublimation drying, is a method of pre-freezing water-containing substances and sublimating the water under vacuum. The original biological and chemical properties of freeze-dried products remain basically unchanged and are easy to store for a long time. After adding water, it can be restored to the state before freeze-drying and maintain its original biochemical characteristics. Therefore, vacuum freeze-drying technology is widely used in medicine, food, chemical industry, biological products and other fields.Freeze-dried food can be stored for up to 25 years. Freeze-dried food is ideal for home storage.

The samples with high acid or solvent content can not be dried in the absence of special protection (if necessary, please contact the service department), otherwise the freeze dryer may be corroded. When drying containing azide should pay more attention to it, because with copper or other non ferrous metal reaction will explode.

Attentions

1. Must use a grounded power outlet.
2. Working environment temperature≤32℃, the humidity≤80%.
3. After drying finished, open the vent valve to inflate air at first, then close the vacuum pump to prevent sample contaminated by the pump oil. If a sudden power outage, open the vent valve immediately, and take out the samples as soon as possible, properly stored.
4. Keep the seal ring clean, and cannot Scrub with organic solvents.
5. Replace the vacuum pump’s oil after working 100 hours, check and maintenance the pump regularly.
6. Do not frequently switch power supply and refrigerator, If the refrigerator is shut down caused by operation, at least three minutes to wait, and then restart the refrigerator

Product details

Installation step
(1)Open the package, check the components according to the packing list;
(2)Fill the pump’s oil into pump to the middle of the level guide.
Remark: Please using required oil type;
(3)Connect the pipe between pump and dryer by connectors. One side is fixed on pump’s air inlet, the other side is fixed on dryer’s vacuum outlet;
(4)Connect the pump’s power plug into dryer’s vacuum pump power outlet;
(5)Connect the power wire to dryer’s main power outlet, other side connect to power supply(with ground wire );
(6)Turn on the switch, test step by step according to the instructions. When all the technical data are satisfy (including vacuum <15Pa, condenser chamber’s temperature <-35℃), the dryer could be put into usage.
