Brief Description of 100L Glass Chemical Reactor

The reactor is especially suitable for the cannabis extraction process. The reactor body is primarily made of the high borosilicate glass(GG-17 material) and PTFE, possessing both excellent chemical and physical properties. The transparent flask makes it easy to observe reaction liquid material. The stainless steel stirring rod is covered with PTFE, applicable for various solvent stirring without corrosion and pollution. Alternating current dynamo conducts frequency control stirring, reliable operation, large moment of force, no spark and long service life. Sealed by PTFE component and fluorous rubber, it is capable of maintaining higher vacuum degree and longer service life. This equipment has speed controller, and it can set rotary speed by speed governing turn-knob, which is perceptual intuition and convenient. This equipment has vacuum display function, which can select the best working vacuum degree for low boiling point material. And PTFE inclined discharge valve makes it so convenient to recycle solvent.
