Different from ordinary bronze sculpture foundries, Sino Sculpture has always paid special attention to quality control and has truly distinguished itself from the handicrafts on the market. There is a separate casting workshop in Sino Sculpture's 7.3 acres factory, which is 10 meters high and can meet most specifications of indoor and outdoor bronze casting sculptures.

Starting from the material selection, we used raw bronze with a copper content of more than 95%, to ensure the stability of the material to the greatest extent during the casting process. Because of this, our cast bronze works have fewer air blisters(sand holes) on the surface and have better durability. The special art director controls the entire design process to ensure that there is no deviation from the original design during the 3D printing stage, the silicone mold, and the wax model reproducing process. While the engineering team is responsible for structural safety calculations and cooperation with local construction engineers, striving to comply with the corresponding local building code requirements for installation.

Hua Metal is also good at seamless weld treatment and texture recovery. After years of research and efforts, our seamless processing technology has become more and more sophisticated and is at the leading level in the industry. The large-scale outdoor sculpture projects we have handled have almost no visible welds and have been highly appreciated by artists over the years.
