1. How do you control the product’s quality?

A: All the products have quality testing and dynamic balance before delivery.

2. What is the delivery term for making business?

A: In general, we send the shipment in FOB term. However, the terms of CIF and C&F are acceptable which depends on the preference of the client.

3. What is your payment terms?

A: Payment terms vary among different countries. Generally, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

4. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 5-7days, mass production time needs 7-30 days for order quantity more than MOQ.
