Material:

All productions of our factory are made of Plato PVC tarpaulin, the latest and advanced brand of PVC material, famous for its high quality.

You can choose which thickness you need or use our recommend data.

Tripling Welding:
Tripling welding technology has been applied to produce our products,especially for water products. The major sealed productions in the market only weld two layers,while we add one .It can not only improve safety factor ,but also for the durability of the productions,

Fan blower:
Blowers for our inflating products all meet the standard of CE and UL certificates .We will provide different plugs and voltages which applied to different countries.

Advanced Printers:
Color of the products and the images on it will have an effect on aesthetics of the products especially the theme products. To reach the best specification of 1440DPI (The number of the point can be printed in one inch. The larger number you can print, the higher quality image appears.),Lyons Toys use advanced technical machine, the Polaris 512 high precision guide rail inkjet printer.

Logo printing :
Customized logo is accepted.The logo area designed will be pasted by velcro,which means you can change anything you want on your productions.We will print our logo by default if there is no special demands.
