Workmanship:
Double stitching detail:
Our sewing technology is double stitching with fourfold stitching inside and double stitching outside to make sure the products are strong enough.
D ring for fixation:
Each product will have thick D rings or circle rings to fix the inflatable .It makes the inflatable steady enough.
YKK zipper:
We use TKK zipper .the famous brand in japan. YKK zipper are specialized in its solidity and smoothness which decuple the normal zipper.
Protection strips:
The inflatable products need to be used under the situation of constant jumping pressure .so 10cm width protection strips are added to each 2cm width side of the stitching of all the jumping surface .
Advanced printer:
Tripling thermal synthesis technology has been used to our products of gas lock.The gas lock products are demanded to be pland solid after aeration.
Tripling Welding:
Tripling welding technology has been used to produce our sealed products,especially water products.Most sealed products in the market only weld two layers,while we add one .It is not only for the safety ,but also for the durability of the products.
