1. Description
Three-jaw self-centering chucks are mostly used in metal machine tools. Self-centering clamping or clamping of external and internal surface workpieces such as round, triangular or hexagonal for various machining and clamping. The tightening force is adjustable and the centering precision is high, which can meet the precision requirements of ordinary machine tools.
The three-jaw self-centering chuck standard is an important basis for product design, manufacturing and acceptance, and also provides a reference for the host computer.
Basic structure and working principle: The three-jaw self-centering chuck adopts three screws to fix the chuck on the flange of the machine tool through the screw holes on the end face of the disc body. Insert a wrench into any square hole in the gear. When the wrench is turned, the pinion drives the coil to rotate. The rotation of the thread at the end of the coil moves the three jaws forward or apart simultaneously.
Features:
1. Short cylinder center mount.
2. K11 type chuck has one-piece jaws (including a set of inner jaws and a set of outer jaws).
3. The raw material of the chuck is steel.
4. Various soft jaws are also available.
