G63T Rotary Pnuematic collet chuck holder for laser cutting machine

This product is specially designed for laser tube cutting equipment. The product itself can be used as an independent rotating spindle, and a chuck in it can firmly clamp workpiece and rotate simultaneously. The quick clamping and loosening actions can be realized by side rotation and air intake. The chuck can work in full stroke without additional adjustment of four claws. It can clamp all applicable pipe fittings and improve production efficiency. The product is widely used in special laser pipe cutters and other pipe processing machine systems.

This product is specially designed for laser tube cutting equipment.The prod-uct itself can be used as an independent rotating spindle,and a collect chuck in it can firmly clamp workpiece and rotate simultanenously.The quick clamp-ing and loosening actions can be realized by side rotation and air intake.After the product base is fixed,to clamp and rotate the workpiece,it only needs to equip with a matching motor and connect in with the gear and mean-while connect the compressed air source(0.4-0.9Mpa)

The chuck holder has features of rapid workpiece clamping,high production effiency,rotary accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.

Equipped with full wrapped clamping jaw to clamping jaw to clamp workpiece,the product can meet the need of processing thin-walled pipe fittings.

The product is widely used in the rapid clamping and rotating system of pipe processing machine tools such as laser pipe cutters.
