KQET-V clean plant online monitoring solution is a set of fist product for real-time monitoring of clean environment developed by our post-doctoral team of Chinese Academy of Sciences after decades of research on coalescent particle counters. The system takes self-developed software as the host computer, cooperates with our self-developed and produced online particle counter and plankton sampler, and then is compatible with the use of domestic and foreign advanced wind speed, differential pressure, temperature and humidity sensors, etc., to realize the timely, fast and accurate collection of various types of data of clean environment.
The system adopts the standard comprehensive distribution scheme, and communicates with the lower computer of each point through RS485 bus communication, so as to realize the real-time data collection of each point, and then analyze and display the data in real time through the software core algorithm with reference to cGMP, ISO14644 and other domestic and foreign standards, so as to complete the demand for 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring of clean environment, which greatly improves the quality and level of clean The quality and level of clean environment monitoring is greatly improved.
The system adopts the form of web-end login to transmit and display data remotely and centrally, which has the characteristics of high expandability, good stability and reliable data, and has been widely used in clean scenes such as pharmaceutical factories, electronic factories, hospital operating rooms, aerospace, precision processing, lithium batteries and food industries.
