The function of this Auto Bender can do

Cutting Bending Lipping Grinding Notching Broaching

Broaching function makes small angle bend

Minimum ARC radius of 180 degree: R 3.0

Minimum ARC radius of 90 degree: R1.0

Our auto bender adopts NEEF lead screw from Germany, SBC guide rail from Korea, automatric control system from USA and servo system from Japan, which can effectively guarantee the feeding of bender system and prevcision of bender angle. The machine is provided with friendly full English interface.

Function: bridge punching (notching), flating cutting, eagle mouth cutting (lipper), swaying breaking and shearing, broaching etc. It combines advantages from others and integrates all strong advanced functions into one.

Applicable rule and specifications:

Normal rule, 23.80x0.71mm, 23.80x0.53mm. For special rule like 50x3pt or 60x3pt, we can provide m/c specially for this purpose.

Label cutting rule, 0.45x8/9.5/12mm

Advantage: the machine has such advantages as high precision, rapid speed and simple operation. The replacement from high die cutter to low cutter requires only several minutes. For highly difficult mosaics, toys, greeting cards and other pictures that ordinary bender machine cannot make, our machine can bend to a perfect effect, which can greatly enhance the productivity and competitive force of enterprises.
