Our product is a high-power picosecond laser source that provides an efficient and precise cutting tool. It is equipped with a self-developed glass cutting head that has fully imported lenses, ensuring a fine beam and long focal depth.

The laser source supports both integrated cutting and breaking, as well as separate cutting and breaking processes. This flexibility allows for a range of cutting applications and operations.

To ensure accurate positioning, the product is equipped with high-end linear motors for its X/Y axes, and German 0.1um digital grating scales. Additionally, the motion control has a standard PSO function for uniform control of laser spot spacing.

The product also has a positioning CCD and telecentric optical lenses for precise recognition of circular and cross marks. The electrical components are from Schneider Electric of France and the switching power supply is from Mean Well of Taiwan, ensuring optimal performance.

The product is capable of cutting a single piece up to 19mm in thickness, making it a versatile tool that can be used in a variety of industries. The base of the motor platform and optical platform is made of natural marble, providing enhanced precision and stability to the product.
