How does IPL working ?

The strong Pulse multi-wavelength wide-spectrum colorful light irradiates the surface of skin directly , acts on the abnormal pigment under skin and target tissue in blood vessel, breaks down the irregular pigment cells , closes the abnormal capillary vessel .
