Quality Inspection Department
The CNC Quality Control Department is responsible for the quality inspection and testing of the products in the CNC machining shop. Their main responsibilities include:
1. Check whether the size and geometry of the machined parts meet the design requirements.
2. Use measuring tools and equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, projectors, etc., to accurately measure parts.
3. Check the surface quality of the parts, including surface finish, flatness, etc.
4. Conduct material testing to ensure that the materials used meet the requirements.
