This line of machine tools features square rams, offering superior performance and a versatile array of processing capabilities. Users can choose from various specialized milling heads, enabling the completion of drilling, reaming, boring, grooving, and planar milling of medium to large parts in a single setup.

The machine base is designed in a T-shape, providing high rigidity and multiple support points. It includes compound guide rails with load-relief mechanisms and robust roller linear guideways.

The spindle box is fully enclosed, and the Y-axis includes a rotating nut for strokes greater than 2000mm. Each feed axis is powered by high-precision, preloaded double-nut ball screw pairs. The main drive system and square slide operate synchronously, delivering high speed, low noise, and substantial torque. The counterweight balance system utilizes imported wire ropes and features an advanced, unique balance suspension point.

The machine incorporates a double-layer column design with fully ground bed column guide rails. The square slide is enclosed on all sides and includes an internal compensation mechanism. It is equipped with a large rotary table, a ground large diameter slewing gear ring, and a hydraulic brake for slewing. The slewing mechanism employs a double-gear driven gear ring with options for backlash elimination through either dual motors and gears or a single motor with dual gears. This setup allows for 360-degree arbitrary angle indexing.

Additional features include the capability to integrate a coolant system through the spindle, a high-pressure unit, an automatic tool magazine for tool changes, and options for automatic grabbing and indexing accessory heads.
