1. High rigidity inclined integral bed
This series of machine tools is a 45° overall inclined bed and adopts a unique guide rail layout. The main guide rail adopts high rigidity sliding plastic guide rail, and the secondary guide rail adopts high rigidity roller linear guide. This layout makes the feed system rigid and frictional damping. The dynamic and static characteristics of the coefficients are in the best condition. It can enable users to obtain higher processing accuracy and increase the speed of rapid movement, and obtain higher production efficiency.
2. High-speed, high-rigidity, and high-precision spindle
HTC63n series machine tools are single-spindle headstocks. The spindle bearings are imported precision spindle bearings, which are lubricated with imported high-speed lithium grease. The spindle box adopts a symmetrical structure to make the thermal deformation uniform and avoid the deviation of the spindle center. ··In order to reduce the thermal deformation of the machine tool, heat dissipation measures have been added, such as the expanded heat sink structure outside the box, so that the heat generated during the high-speed operation of the spindle can be fully and quickly diffused to the outside. During the design of the spindle box, various measures have been taken to improve the accuracy and rigidity of the spindle, such as: the spindle is equipped with grinding according to the inner ring of the bearing, the box hole is equipped with boring according to the outer ring of the bearing, and the spindle bearing is pre-tightened.
