Chemvey is a unique through-the-weave layflat hose composed of Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) and 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn. Due to a state-of-the-art extrusion process that completely and uniformly
embeds the circular jacket in the TPR compound, Chemvey offers excellent protection against mechanical damage. The result is a singular and homogenous hose constructed without glues or adhesives.
TPR is a new and exclusive chemical compound developed by Asoe.
TPR is an excellent raw material for extrusion and offers excellent performance and high resistance to aging, ultraviolet light, water, chemicals (including acid), and cold.

Temperature range: From -40° F to 149° F (-40° C to 65° C)
Standard length: 660ft (200m), 330ft (100m), 300ft (91.5m), 100ft(30.48m), custom lengths available upon request.
Couplings: LDHC V (groove), LDHC F/M, and Storz couplings, etc.
Remark:When hoses are used for produced water, couplings should have chemical resistant coating
