Through the Weave Thermoplastic Rubber ( TPR ) Layflat Water transfer Hose 100% High Tenacity Synthetic Yarn
Chemvey is a unique through-the-weave layflat hose composed of Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) and 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn.
Due to a state of the art extrusion process that completely and uniformly embeds the circular jacket in the TPR compound, Chemvey offers excellent protection against mechanical damage. The result is a singular and homogenous hose constructed without glues or adhesives.

Inner tube and cover: Smooth TPR cover and tube
Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket
Temperature range: From -40° F to 149° F (-40° C to 65° C)
Standard length: 660ft (200m), 330ft (100m), 300ft (91.5m), 100ft(30.48m), custom lengths available upon request.
Couplings: LDHC V (groove), LDHC F/M, and Storz couplings, etc.
Remark:When hoses are used for produced water, couplings should have chemical resistant coating
